I am passionate about the benefits of establishing healthy eating patterns and food association for children. What an adult reaches for as their daily snack or drink will depend hugely on what their parents gave them as children. I feel strongly that we can influence the health of our children - both as babies and adults - through the choices we make for them as they are growing up.

As a mother of three young girls I know that the process of weaning a baby onto solids can be daunting. I ran monthly weaning classes for Lulubaby for over five years and continue to run classes for private individuals and groups where I teach mothers about:
