As someone who worked in the City for 14 years before becoming a Nutritional Therapist, I've seen first hand what difference the right diet and lifestyle choices can make to how we cope with work stress, long hours, lack of sleep, business travel and client lunches. 

Many people struggle to make time for breakfast, choose nutritionally inadequate lunches and find it difficult to resist the rounds of high sugar office snacks available to them. All these daily challenges can have an impact on performance and work satisfaction, reduced immunity and mental health.

Numerous up-to-date studies show how optimum nutrition can result in better mental health and physical wellbeing. Informing staff about good nutrition can lead to increased staff morale and increased productivity.
