My approach embraces the principles of Functional Medicine. This means that I tailor my consultations to the individual and look in detail at my client's diet, lifestyle and family history in order to work out the factors that may be contributing to their symptoms. I believe that by addressing the underlying cause of my client’s symptoms, instead of just the symptoms themselves, positive change is more achievable.

I seek to achieve long-term sustainable changes with my clients. I believe that maintaining changes in the long term is so important to improved health and this can only be achieved with realistic goals and strategies that are personalised and practical in order to fit with my clients' individual circumstances and needs.
